Subject: [19.15-b99] Build report: ok on FreeBSD 2.1.5

Looks good so far.

(I still had to repeat `make all-elc' with FreeBSD's Berkeley make
a number of times before I got a properly built XEmacs, even with
Derrell's update-elc.sh patch applied. I really don't know whether
ash or bmake is to blame for this; perhaps the combination is
not so perfect. Again, GNU make and bash get it done w/o problems.)
