19.15b98, FreeBSD 2.1.5

(bbdb-complete-name) is no longer correctly selecting the first
network address in the network address list. An arbitrary address
from the list is selected.

It worked properly with 19.14. I tried upgrading to the latest
version of bbdb for use with 19.15b98 (after the older version failed
to work correctly), but both versions of bbdb do the same thing.
