O.K.  I'll accept that argument.  Bob Weiner suggested labeling it
"Invalid comparison of integer and character" which I like.  If it's
labeled Dubious or Suspicious comparison it still begs the question
`Why'?

Let's be more explicit, how about "Comparison between integer and
character is constant nil"?

"Don't suspect your neighbor: report him!"
