The requires (all four of five of them) must be implemented by
explicit load statements.  Every one of the function overrides will
generate error messages when the DOC file is generated.

See lisp/site-load.el in the latest XEmacs betas.  You can specify
what extra packages to dump and get their documentation put in the
DOC file by making a file called site-packages.
