Something (probably the options menu settings) already sets this for me. I
still have a white background (except very early upon startup) and the
logo thus doesn't fit in too well. I do
really think the gray80 stuff is too dark. At the very least there is
too few contrast with the scroll- and tool-bars.

Do any of these adjust the logo xpm?

Who don't we that and keep the compiled in default value white.
