This is with 19.15-b95.

I don't seem to be able to change the font used by bold-italic from my
.Xdefaults-file. It seems to be inherited from the italic.attributeFont,
and made bold.

I don't really *need* to be able to specify bold-italic and not italic,
but anyways it seems like a bug.

Does everyone else running Linux and XFree86 use the default italic font?
(It looks very ugly here; -*-courier-medium-*-etc much better italic than
-*-courier-medium-i-etc)
