This removes some bogus (under XEmacs) code in tshell.el

I didn't go any further, as I don't know which of these shell /
terminal / comint thingies is regarded the most advanced and therefore
should be the /standard/ XEmacs shell mode?

I think this is a little bit confusing...

Which of these modes do you use? 

We also have a gdb mode under eterm, we have gud, we have gdb & gdbsrc,
which is the "best" of these? From my experience the most xemacsy
would be gdbsrc, but has it all features the others have?

What's about these Grand Unified Debugger merging/replacing that's
mentioned in gdb-src?

It's late and I'm confused...
