Tried 1.16 with b90 and guess what?  Works just fine.  So here's the
table now:

          1.14BW   1.15   1.16

19.14     OK
19.15b90           OK     OK
19.15b93           bad
19.15b94           bad
19.15b95  bad      bad    bad
20.1b2             OK     bad
20.1b3             OK     bad

I added 19.14 + 1.14BW because that's what was shipped, right?  And
that certainly didn't have this problem.
