Have the font-lock definitions for message-mode changed recently?

When I quote an original Usenet article, and the text gets Supercited,
the font-lock-keyword-face is used. Does anybody else notice that
message-cited-text isn't being used? If nobody else sees this, I'll
assume something is funked with my environment. It works (with the
same personal environment) in b93.
