I grabbed the patches for 15b4.  It was painful to try to apply them to my
patched b3 sources, so I untarred the b3 sources again, and applied the b4 
patch.  This time it went very smoothly.  In the course of dumping the new 
executable, I noticed that several .elc's were out of date (of course).  So 
i went back and re-compiled them and removed temacs and built again.  
Perhaps we need a noted describing what the best way to make sure all the 
.elc's are up-to-date is.

Looks OK so far.

Configured for `sparc-sun-solaris2.4'.
