Wow, that makes no sense at all, if the bug is what I think it
is.  Namely the "To\\|Cc" style of matching is broken because
vm-get-header-contents gives up collecting header contents
prematurely.  If you can recheck your diagnosis that would be
great, otherwise I need to keep looking for the real problem.
