I figured it's somthing here, but I tried running make in the lisp/vm dir
& redumping XEmacs.  Didn't seem to help.  Also tried it with xemacs -q
and made sure my .vm was pretty clean.  Same prob.

my 19.15b93 build was from b91 patched to 92 patched to 93.  Maybe
something haywire there.  I'll do a full download & see if things are
different.
