The sunpro stuff gives a set of customizations that Sun thinks is the
best choice for its customers at the time. This particular decision
regarding the dumping of mime-setup is a one-time thing. I hope in
future all flavors of XEmacs will have the same default MIME options,
and that the MIME-aware package authors Lars, Kyle, Oscar, Tomohiko,...
will agree on how to do this. But I feel strongly that the time is
right to have MIME processing enabled by default for all Emacsen.
