Recognizing the keys with hyphens is desired, as we strive to have
window-system-independent key symbols; that's why 20.0 recognizes both
kp-0 (it's the GNU Emacs notation, too) and kp_0.  It's a bug if 19.15
no longer recognizes kp_0; it should be recognized for backwards
compatibility.
