Argh. Remember the bug from quite a while ago, maybe 19.12 or
something, when a new VM frame would come up with a VM toolbar-
sized strip of nothingness on the right-hand-side of the frame?
A redraw (e.g. resizing the frame) would fix it.

It's baaaaacck.

The good news, though, is that I've popped open many new frames with
VM today, and only one of them has had it. But it hasn't happened in
a long *long* time before this.

Not sure if it matters, but the new frame was a virtual folder
matching subject (yes, I've popped up a number of those today, only
one of which had the dreaded void strip).
