Actually there is. But tm-vm 8 solves the problems you describe, I
would have prefered that tm-vm 8 be bundled in XEmacs 20 instead of
tm-vm 7 but unfortunately it wasn't ready for the deadline. It will be
in the next betas of 19.15 and 20. You can retrieve the latest beta of
tm in the usual distribution sites.
