NOTE: This is *not* the official prerelease of 20.0.

I'm running way behind schedule so I've put up an experimental patch
to 20.0-final in /pub/beta/xemacs-20.0/xemacs-20.0-test1.patch.gz
and /pub/beta/xemacs-20.0/newfiles-20.0final.tar.

Apply this patch against a clean 20.0-b93 distribution if you wish to
test it. *There will be a normal full release tonight*.

If no major problems requiring immediate patches are found, tonight's
release will be released to the 'net as XEmacs-20.0. Otherwise, I'll
collect patches for a few days and try again.

Notable changes for the final release are:
* NEWS and PROBLEMS updated
* Martin's picture added to about.el
* w3-3.0.52

Plus the usual assortment of miscellaneous patches.

To reiterate, a normal full release will be made tonight (US Pacific
time), so there is no need to try this out if it is inconvenient to do
so. If you have posted last-minute patches, you should probably
download this and check to see if your patches made it in.
