It should already have been done.  Simon Kaplan agreed last August to
pay for a graduate research assistant to do just this.  I got exactly
1 response to the ads I placed searching for someone to hire and when
I tried to setup a meeting with them I never heard anything back.  The
entire experience of being given the go ahead to hire someone and then
not getting _any_ responses massively bummed me out.
