Even since b90, I'm seeing the odd C-g lead to XEmacs and the shell
fight over the tty. Highly annoying, as the only way to get the tty
back is to gnuattach again from a separate tty and do a delete-device.

I'm running zsh under rxvt and connect over ssh. Has anyone else seen
this? ttyctl -f might be the cause of this, but I cannot isolate it
down to that.
