In the past the xemacs beta was mirrored by liasun3.epfl.ch
(liaftp.epfl.ch). I think Simon Leinen <simon@lia.di.epfl.ch> was the
maintainer. The latest file is the XEmacs 20.0 Beta 25, so it
seems, that this mirror is no longer working. If this is true, then we
should try to get another mirror in europe.
