Of interest to us:

(Note that the multilingual API Kenichi refers to has half a chance of
being compatible with XEmacs)

I installed gnumule-19.34.beta under solaris earlier, and it
seems to be running fine, except I lost w3 and tm.... ;-)

I expect the latest tm is probably ok, but if anyone has patches
for w3, please send them to me or post them. (Thierry Emery's
patches for w3 as of mule-19.33-delta don't seem to work any
   more, alas.)

I have just put new testing version of Emacs as:
	etlport.etl.go.jp:/pub/mule/.notread/gnumule-19.34.91.gamma.tar.gz
together with modified `w3' package:
	etlport.etl.go.jp:/pub/mule/.notread/contrib/w3.tar.gz
The base version of this `w3' is 2.2.26.

Please note that this version of Emacs is significantly different from
mule-19.33-delta in aspect of multilingual related API's. The biggest
changes are for charset and coding system. Now charset is symbol, has
no prefix "charset-". Coding system also doesn't have prefix
"coding-system-".
