  It requires two buffers, for original and preview.  Original buffer
holds by no-conversion and preview buffer is made by
`decode-coding-region'.  tm-view supports it and tm uses such
technique for Gnus and mh-e.  (I'm trying for RMAIL and I hope VM will
support such feature)
