Err...  I already customized cperl-mode, but Ilya said he disliked it
intensely, and didn't want anything to do with it, so I backed it
out.  I could have saved you some work.

However, if we make other changes (like commenting out the imenu
stuff), I think it's OK to add the customization, too.
