    Let's see.  ILISP is one of jwz's favorite packages, right?

I honestly don't know if he ever used it or not, but at least three of
the maintainers used to hang out with him some in olden times.  Maybe
there's something in the Pittsburgh's water that affected us all :-)

Mostly, I just figured that the backward compatibility wasn't really
hurting anything, so why not keep it.  Still, it's kind of hard to
believe that Jamie finds himself running a v18 emacs.  Sheesh.
