X-Mailer: Gnus v5.4.65/XEmacs 20.3(beta18) - "Bratislava"

the Gnus 5.4.65 tarball works great thus far... removed my old gnus
stuff, dropped the new one into my pkgdir, redumped XEmacs.

Karl's bbdb package works great, calc seems to be working great too
(haven't played with it extensively yet). Nice work, Karl.

Karl's footnote minor mode package, though, causes a minor nit for
me. It'd be nice if it autoloaded footnote-mode-map, otherwise none
of the footnote commands get bound for me. I use C-c C-a for
footnote-mode-map,
