My first packages-enabled beta.

Did I do something wrong when trying to change the pkgdir, or can't it 
be changed yet?

As you can see below, I used
'--pkgdir=/usr/local/elisp/xemacs-packages', but it doesn't make a difference:

package-path
=> ("/usr/local/lib/xemacs/packages" "~/.xemacs")
