Hi!

One thing I don't like are the modifications re buffer names for
manual-entry output.  Why?  Because I like to have those buffers in
dedicated frames:

(setq special-display-regexps '("\\*man\\|\\*cvs-diff"))

Now when they have a name of form *man-topic* (e.g. *diff*, *cp*,
*SoXtRenderArea*, etc.) I don't have a chance to treat them specially.
