No.  There might be something to do this in the future, but according
to the current rules about how patch kits and beta distributions are
built, there will never be anything out of date in your packages
hierarchy.

So long as package updates are only possible if done by hand, I will
provide updated packages as `untar at the top-level of your packages
hierarchy'.

There isn't any chance 20.3 will be released in this state.
