	Hi !

	My question is a general one about language encoding, now that Mule
is supported. The first thing is the way you grab a special character from
the keyboard. Say, 'e' and then '^' to give . Now, we must deal with the way
the character is encoded and stored in the file. However, there is another
problem: some file formats need a special way of storing those characters.
For instance, \^{e} for TeX or &IDontKnowWhat; for HTML.

        `	So my question is, should this be regarded as an encoding
       / |	problem in the Mule sense, or as something appart ?
      / /	fracc-mode usualy mix the 2. What about Quail ? Is there
      `||	going to be sort of a quail-french-tex encoding method
       ||	someday ?
       ||
       ||
   _   ||	hmm, am I clear ? ;-}
