Subject: Tooltalk
X-Mailer: VM 6.31 under 20.2 XEmacs Lucid

I can't seem to turn off compilation with ToolTalk. I don't use it, I
don't want it.

`configure --without-tooltalk' reports error.
`configure --with-tooltalk=no' is accepted, but does nothing
(i.e. ToolTalk is still autodetected and used.)

All of this is on Digital Unix 4.0

P.S.
The machine I normally work on will be dead until Sunday 18h. It
means *more than 48h* without my normal workspace. How will I survive
it?
