But it's so much easier than working on the code.  :-)

But you must have figured it out, and sent this mail to shame me into
action.  You clever devil!

The problem with XEmacs is that it looks so slow to me that I have the 
constant feeling that we are missing something obvious.  Obviously,
you don't share that feeling, and you may well be right.
