Well, it's kinda hard to describe.  XEmacs gets wedged in the
minibuffer, and pressing C-g and things doesn't really help.  It was
very hard to exit this mode without exiting XEmacs.  I had to delete
the frame, etc.

I don't know how to identify this, or how to describe it properly to
someone who doesn't see it.
