You agree that: The TibiCAM Developers (How2DoIt, Haktivex) are not liable for any problems (including but not limited to computer damage, lost profit, data corruption) that may be caused by the use of this software. More over, the developers do not encourage the use of "unofficial" data that could be provided to you, such as an unauthorized or fake "Memory Object Files", which could be designed to exploit possibly unseen errors or bugs with our software to cause problems.

Additionaly, we are not responsible for anything found in files created by our software, namely (.rec) and (.mda) files. We can not guarentee that these files are completely safe, including but not limited to: viruses, exploits, that could be added by third parties through the use of software errors.

2. You agree that: Any modifications done to any files and data accompanying this package is done within the certain software/files manufacturing copyrights or agreements. The TibiCAM Developers have the right to allow or disallow any patches, or modifications (of their software) to be released. If allowed, the person or company releasing such modifications must abide by any standards, or rules found here, or anywhere else. If disallowed, such persons or company may not release, publically or privately such modifications. The term modifications and patches is applied as the following: "patches", "quick/hot fixes", or other modifications done to our software packaged here, such as "editing of server lists".

3. You agree that: The TibiCAM Developers may add, remove, any additional policies or disclaimers without any consent from you.

4. You also agree that you will in no way disassemble or reverse engineer the provided software and files.

5. You agree not to use TibiCAM in conjunction with other programs designed to record Tibia packets. You are not allowed, in any way, to attempt to "convert" TibiCAM .rec files to other file formats through methods including (but not limited to) intercepting socket data sent from TibiCAM, or stored in its memory space.

6. You agree not to release any information to any person which would allow them to bypass this agreement.

PERSON OF RESPONSIBILITY: The TibiCAM Developers are not to be held responsible for anything released by third parties. More over, a "hoster", or "file server" that hosts corrupted, or "bugged" software (or additional files provided in this package, including files not found in this package, but may be required for enjoyment of this software, namely .MDA or .REC files) that can cause problems will be asked to remove such software or files. The persons who release such software or files MAY be subject to fines depending on the extent of the software (or files) released, and damages caused by it. Third parties who are damaged or in some way affected by such software, will responsible for any legal action that they may or may not wish to take against the persons who has released such software or files.

The TibiCAM Developers (How2DoIt, Haktivex) do not guarentee error or bug free operation, arising from proper use or misuse of this program, or other associated programs or software. The TibiCAM Developers have written consent from 'GB Monaco' (known here as Haktivex) for use of copyrighted material that may or may not be found in this software.
