This directory contains FSF copyright assignment papers necessary for
developers submitting changes and new code to GNU Emacs.  This is NOT,
repeat, NOT necessary for patches to XEmacs, and in fact is rather
pointless, as RMS has shown no interest in accepting even copyright-
assigned XEmacs code.
