COMMAND: SHOOT

DESCRIPTION:

The shoot command allows you to shoot enemy civilians or  recalcitrant
uncompensated  workers.   In  order  to  be able to keep the populace
under control (i.e., not have them rebel), you must have one military
for every ten  civilians.   Shooting  of  populace  in sectors where
this is not the case is disallowed.

If all the civilians in the sector are removed, and it was a conquered sector,
it  will become completely controlled by you.

COSTS: Mobility (1 mob per 5 civ/uws)

AGAIN: Will shoot the last specified number in the current sector.

BUFFERING: Only when you use FORCE buffering.

BINDING: Bind KEY to shoot (#, [cu])
