                FEED INFORMATION

If you pick up ClariNet products, you may be able to feed these
products to other local (or non-local) sites.   All links must
be set up and controlled by ClariNet.  All billing is done by
ClariNet.   You simply provide a communications service.

If you do this, we'll discount your own subscriptions.  In general, 
we will reduce your subscription by 10% of the list price subscription 
fees paid by the sites you feed directly.  (10% of list means that you 
still get the money even if they are getting discounts because they 
feed other sites.)

If you find a site (perhaps one you already talk to) and you get them 
to subscribe to a ClariNet product, we'll give you a sales commission 
of an additional 5% of their fees for a full year.

If you register with us as available for general feeds, and we bring 
a recipient site to you, there is no commission, just the 10%.

If you feed so many sites that your fees drop to zero, talk to us
and we may be able to arrange to give you money in addition to free
publications.

These discounts are only available if you don't bill your feed sites
for access if they call you.  You can bill back telecom charges if
you call them, (or pay for the call) of course.

It's important to understand that we control the feed.  If we tell
you to stop feeding a site for any reason, you must stop.  Of course
if you want to stop, you are free to do so, but you should give at
least 4 working days notice to us and the sites you will no longer feed.

To this affect you must sign a contract with us that gives us control
or what ClariNet groups you feed to whom.

We'll keep a database of sites that are willing to feed.  You may be
in competition with other sites in your area, of course, but that's
the way of the world.   The better your system (modem type and number,
capacity, uptime reliability) the more likely people will wish to connect
to you!

In addition, when it comes to ClariNews and TechWire, the closer you are
to the real time source, the better.  We are looking for ClariNews feed
sites that are willing to feed on a rapid basis so the news can propagate
in a timely fashion.

We also offer the Dynafeed software, which sets up an automatic USENET
feed which only feeds exactly the desired (read) groups to the recipient
site.
