* New switch (/BGx) to force background colour to specified colour. The
  colour x is specified by a single hexadecimal digit (0 to F)
* SuperDIR now skips "File Accessed Denied" errors and continues processing
* CRC calulations now read files in chunks, rather than loading entire file
  into memory. This avoids virtual memory problems on huge files.

* Summary information now displays space allocated (based on cluster size)
* Tree display now shows space usage of directories (based on cluster size)
