 10Tec iGrid ActiveX Control 2.5
     Trial Version and Demos
=================================

 End-User License Agreement
----------------------------
Please, read carefully the applied EULA.txt file to become familiar with the
End-User License Agreement for this product.
Note that this demo project uses the vbAccelerator ImageList ActiveX Control
2.0 (vbalIml200_75B4A91C.ocx) which you can freely use and redistribute. This
control was recompiled by our company for our purpose and its original ProgID
and CLSID have been changed.

 Trial limitations
-------------------
If you attempt to use this unregistered version of iGrid outside of VB IDE,
you will get message boxes with the mention of it. Perhaps you will also see
the "demo version" text in the grid.

 How to run iGrid demo
-----------------------
To run iGrid demo, simply launch iGrid250_Demo.exe. This application was
compiled in VB6 and requires VB6 run-time library. If you don't have this
library, you can download it from the Microsoft Web-site using the following
direct link:
http://download.microsoft.com/download/vb60pro/Redist/sp5/WIN98Me/EN-US/vbrun60sp5.exe
VBRun60sp5.exe is a self-extracting executable file that installs versions of
the Microsoft Visual Basic run-time files required by all applications created
with Visual Basic 6.0.
iGrid210_Demo.exe uses two ActiveX controls:
  1) iGrid 2.50 Control (iGrid250_75B4A91C.ocx)
  2) vbAccelerator ImageList Control 2.0 (vbalIml200_75B4A91C.ocx)
You need to register these controls in your system before you will use these
controls in your VB projects. You can do it using one of the following ways:
  1) In the Project\Components... window in VB IDE.
  2) By copying the iGrid250_75B4A91C.ocx and vbalIml200_75B4A91C.ocx files to
     your WINDOWS\SYSTEM directory.
  3) Using a third-party developer program that can register ActiveX controls.
  4) By using the regsvr32.exe utility from your WINDOWS\SYSTEM directory.
You can do it using the reg_ocx.bat file in this folder.
In the last case you must see the "DLLRegisterServer in iGrid250_75B4A91C.ocx
succeeded" and "DLLRegisterServer in vbalIml200_75B4A91C.ocx succeeded" message
boxes on the screen.

 Possible troubles with the demo
---------------------------------
1. When you run iGrid250_Demo.exe, you see the "MSVBVM60.DLL library not found"
message. This means that you don't have the properly installed Visual
Basic 6 run-time library. Try to download and install VB run-time library
   once more from
   http://download.microsoft.com/download/vb60pro/Redist/sp5/WIN98Me/EN-US/vbrun60sp5.exe
2. You may see a message box with the following text:
     Run-time error '7'
     Out of memory
You will recieve this message until you register the ActiveX components
that used in the demo. To remove this message, please, register the applied
ActiveX components. This process is described in the previous section of
   the document.
3. An error message "Error at loading dll library" appears. iGrid 2.5 and this
demo use MS ADO 2.5 and most likely you have an earlier version of ADO
installed in your system (especially if you use Window 98, Me or NT 4.0).
In this case you need to download the latest version of MS ADO 2.5 and
   install it.
If you will get another error messages while you are trying to start iGrid250_Demo.exe,
please, let us know about it by sending an e-mail to support@10Tec.com.
