-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
TRADEMARKS

iScript and iPP and iScript-based and iPP-based trademarks and logos are
trademarks of Servertec. These trademarks and logos indicate products,
services, and technologies from Servertec. Servertec has developed the
following Guidelines regarding its iScript and iPP trademarks and logos, and
asks that you follow them.

If you have questions regarding these Guidelines, please send email to
Servertec at legal@servertec.com

1. iScript and iPP are Servertec Trademarks and Brands

iScript and iPP and iScript-based and iPP-based trademarks and service
marks ("iScript Trademarks" and "iPP Trademarks") are Servertec brands
and should not be used by other companies as brands for iScript-related
and iPP-related products or services.

Accordingly, another company involved in the provision of iScript-related
and iPP-related products or services should not incorporate any iScript
and iPP Trademarks into its own product or service names, its company or
trade name, or its own marks and logos, nor should it use any iScript and
iPP Trademarks in any other manner that may be understood to indicate a
brand or may otherwise cause a likelihood of confusion with Servertec's
iScript and iPP brands.

Similarly, another company involved in the provision of iScript-related
and iPP-related products or services should not apply to register any
iScript-based and iPP-based mark, or otherwise claim trademark rights in
any iScript-based and iPP-based mark. Servertec is the exclusive owner of
iScript-based and iPP-based marks and names for iScript-related and
iPP-related goods and services, and therefore is the only company
entitled to register iScript-based and iPP-based marks and names for
iScript-related and iPP-related goods and services.

2. iScript and iPP Logos are Servertec Trademarks and Brands

iScript-related and iPP-related logos and designs are also Servertec
brands and should not be used in any manner by other companies without
Servertec's express advance permission. Specifically, iScript and iPP
Logos may not be used in or on product, product packaging, product
labels, documentation, ads, press releases, signage, trade show
materials, marketing materials, collateral, Web pages, letterhead,
business cards, or any other materials, without Servertec's express
advance permission. And, of course, iScript and iPP Logos should not be
registered as trademarks by others.

Certain Servertec logos may be licensed from Servertec if appropriate
conditions are met. Contact Servertec (sales@servertec.com)
for more information.

A limited number of Servertec logos may be used without prior written
permission from Servertec if appropriate conditions are met. See Logos
at http://www.servertec.com/legal/logos.html.

3. Naming Products "XYZ for iScript" and "XYZ for iPP"

Licensees under commercial license agreements with Servertec, may be
granted permission to name their products using the "XYZ for iScript" and
"iPP" format. If you are a commercial licensee and wish to use the
"XYZ for iScript" and "XYZ for iPP" format, please contact Servertec
(legal@servertec.com) for a license. [Note: the "iScript for XYZ" and
"iPP for XYZ" format is not permitted at all.]

4. Attribution of iScript and iPP Trademarks & Logos Is Required

When referencing or using iScript and iPP Trademarks and Logos
(in accordance with these Guidelines), you need to attribute the
trademarks and logos in/on product packaging, splash screens,
copyright/license files, documentation, and marketing materials
(e.g., ads, press releases, Web pages, collateral, etc.) as follows:

a. Use the TM symbol after each iScript and iPP Trademark at its first
prominent use (e.g., titles, headlines, taglines, paragraph headings,
etc.) and at its first use in text or body copy.

b. Do not use iScript and iPP Trademarks as verbs, or in possessive or
plural form, or without initial caps. For example, one should not
"iScript-tize" and "iPP-tize".

c. Unless required to use a more specific legend by any license you may
have from Servertec, use the following legend:

iScript and iPP and all iScript-based and iPP-based trademarks and
logos are trademarks or registered trademarks of Servertec in the
United States and other countries.

5. Fair Use of the iScript and iPP Mark: Taglines

If your product is fully iScript and iPP compatible and fully conforms
to Servertec's published iScript and iPP specifications, then you may
use an appropriate iScript and iPP tagline to reference or identify that
fact.

Appropriate taglines include: "iScript Edition" and "iPP Edition" and
"For the iScript Platform." and "For the iPP Platform." Other taglines
may be appropriate, depending on the particular circumstances. If neither
of the foregoing taglines works in your circumstances, contact Servertec
(legal@servertec.com) for assistance. iScript and iPP Taglines should
comply with the following guidelines:

a. The products should be marketed under the developer's or seller's own
non-iScript and non-iPP product names and brands.

b. On product, product packaging, collateral, and other prominent
references, the tagline should (a) be in substantially smaller type than
the developer's or seller's product name, and (b) be in either a
different font or color, or on a different line, than the developer's or
seller's product name. Taglines used in text or body copy need not comply
with this paragraph 4.b.

c. In all iScript taglines, use the TM symbol after "iScript" and use the
trademark attribution legend specified in Paragraph 4.c. above.

d. In all iPP taglines, use the TM symbol after "iPP" and use the
trademark attribution legend specified in Paragraph 4.c. above.

6. Fair Use of the iScript and iPP Mark: Publications, Seminars, User Groups,
Trade Shows, Conferences, and Expos

a. Publications, Seminars, and User Groups

If you want to refer to the iScript and iPP mark in the titles of books,
magazines, e-zines, other publications, educational seminars, training
seminars, or user groups, a space should separate the iScript and iPP
mark from the rest of the title and iScript and iPP should be followed by
a TM symbol. The rest of the title should be descriptive or generic for
the publication, seminar or user group. For example,

iScript Review

iScript User Group

iScript Training Seminar

Be sure to include your own company logo in a prominent location on all
materials relating to the publication, seminar, or user group.

For publications: the publisher's name and logo should be displayed
prominently on the masthead and in the publication block.

For books: the publisher's name and logo should be displayed prominently
on the cover, spine, and title page.

For seminars and classes: the provider's name and logo should be
prominently displayed on all materials, and only individual class or
seminar titles may include "iScript" or "iPP" to indicate that the
content of the class or seminar is iScript-related and iPP-related.
In advertising and promotional material, class and seminar titles should
be displayed far less prominently than the provider's own name and logo.

b. Trade Shows, Conferences, and Expos

Unless Servertec is sponsoring your show or conference and you have
entered into a written sponsorship agreement with Servertec that provides
to the contrary, the name of any iScript-related and iPP-related trade
show, conference or exposition should begin with the producer's or
sponsor's brand or name, and should then then follow a "for iScript" or
"on iScript" format. For example,

OwnBrand Expo for iScript

MyBrand Conference for iScript Developers

SponsorBrand Forum on iScript Technology

Include the producer's and sponsor's own company name and logo
prominently on all materials associated with, or advertising or
promoting, the conference.

c. Use Servertec's iScript and iPP Trademark Attribution

For all of the "fair uses" described above, you need to use the following
legend in your legal notices and publication block (if a magazine) and on
all materials referencing the iScript and iPP mark:

iScript and all iScript-based marks are trademarks or registered
trademarks of Servertec. in the United States and other countries.
[Insert publisher, producer or provider name] is independent of
Servertec.

iPP and all iPP-based marks are trademarks or registered trademarks
of Servertec. in the United States and other countries. [Insert
publisher, producer or provider name] is independent of Servertec.

d. Do Not Use Servertec or iScript and iPP Logos

Do not use Servertec or iScript and iPP logos in your publications,
or materials for seminars, user groups, trade shows, conferences,
and expositions, unless you have a written license from Servertec
permitting such use. Do not do anything else that might be
understood to suggest association with or sponsorship by Servertec.

e. Since the above "fair uses" of the iScript and iPP mark are
intended merely as a reference to Servertec's iScript and iPP
products and technologies (and not as a trademark use or form of
branding), you should not attempt to claim or establish trademark
rights in the name or title or your publication, seminar, user group,
conference, trade show, or exposition. Do not register or use the
name or title as a trademark, service mark, trade name or DBA (doing
business as) name.

7. Fair use of the iScript and iPP Mark: Web Sites and Domain Names

For Web sites that function as noncommercial publications, information
exchanges, educational forums, or information archives or repositories
about iScript-based and iPP-based products and technologies (e.g., sites
where people talk about iScript), you need to follow the guidelines set
forth above in titling your Web site and in referencing the iScript and
iPP mark.

If the "fair use" guidelines set forth above in Paragraph 6 are followed
for such Web sites, then use of a iScript-based and iPP-based domain
name for the Web site will also constitute a fair use so long as the
following conditions are met:

a. Any second level domain name is not identical or virtually identical
to one of Servertec's iScript-based and iPP-based trademarks, service
marks, trade names, or other names.

Accordingly, second level domain names such as "iscript.com",
should be avoided, so as to avoid potential confusion with Servertec's
"iScript" trademark.

b. The Web site owner does not use iScript and iPP in his or her company
name, product names, or service names.

c. The Web site owner does not register the iScript-based and iPP-based
domain name as a trademark or service mark, and does not claim any
trademark or similar proprietary rights in the domain name.

d. The use is not otherwise misleading or likely to cause confusion as to
whether the Web site is sponsored by or affiliated with Servertec.

e. The Web site displays a legal notice (a link is okay) that contains
the following legend:

iScript and iPP and all iScript-based and iPP-based marks are
trademarks or registered trademarks of Servertec. in the United
States and other countries. [Insert Web site owner name] is
independent of Servertec.
