KNOWN PROBLEMS:
This version of the Simplebean Health Guide suffers from a GUI problem described in Microsoft Knowledge base article #822495: The TransparencyKey Property Is Not Effective for Microsoft Windows Forms If the Color Depth of the Monitor Is Set to a Value That Is Greater Than 24-Bit. If your monitors color depth is set higher than 24 bits per pixel, transparent areas may not render correctly. As a result, you may see a blue, rather than transparent background to the Simplebean Health Guide application. This may also happen on older hardware in 16-bit color mode on Windows 98. This only affects the display of the application. It does not affect its functionality.

On some Windows 2000 systems, the Simplebean Health Guide icon does not appear in the task bar. However, the Simplebean Health Guide button still appears in the taskbar and behaves as per design.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: The Simplebean Health Guide uses an Internet connection for all help requests and for access to selected feature articles. NO PERSONAL INFORMATION IS REQUESTED OR COLLECTED.
