ReadMe Text for PushBoard : Full Freeware Release 1.0

PushBoard is your fast tool to producing
presentations, concepts, simple games, educative projects or anything
that requires text and graphics with animation support.

Legend :
PB1 = PushBoard v1.0

If desiring the full PB1 experience, you must have a machine that is
capable of rendering animation. This requires a specification of at
least 32meg memory, recommended 16meg video card, at least 200mhZ processor.

A lower machine for the simple operation of PushBoard will work slower. Switch
Panes to Wire only during Mouse movement for swifter operation.

Known Omissions This Release:
==========================
+ None current

Limitations:
=========
PushBoard saves working project images to *.bmp; This
format allows you royalty free transfers between machines.
Use standard freely available converter programs if you require
images in other formats. Please note : Do not re-edit project
(*.PB1) files saved from PushBoard - errors will occur!

Do not change file names once created - Link files
will not be found when this occurs.

This program attempts to operate safely under most popular resolutions.
Most in use : 640 x 480, 800 x 600, 1024 x 768.
Optimum : 800 x 600. Very high resolutions may not be compatible with all
functions of PB1. You might like to keep it at around the optimum.

A requirement of at least 16bits on graphics will render an adequate
image. An 8bit setup will return a less than faithful rendering, and
may result in serious degradation during in-process animations.

50 Panes on separate Layers at any one time, each up to 200 x 200 pixels,
minimum of 20 x 20 pixels. Assemble Panes to build ever larger images;
Composite Panes Background to free up Pane containers.
