Greetings,

Is there a real difference between Rev I & Rev II flying handles?

I have both a Rev I and a Rev II and the Rev II is beyond
any doubt "outa control!" too fast and on its nose...on the
ground most of the time when flying on 50 ft lines... :)

I love it!

The Rev I on the same 50 ft 80 pound lines is an absolute blast.
I can fly in almost 0 wind by "swinging" the kite keeping it in
motion... is this how indoor flying is done?

Revolution: More fun than should be legal!

I am not sure about the Rev I and Rev II handles, but the REV UL
handles are about an inch and 1/2 longer then my REV I handles.

I had the chance to fly a REV II with UL handles on it and it was
excellent. I think the Rev II likes a lot of wind, I was flying it in
20 mph winds and it was flying very well.

So I am looking at getting me a Rev II and UL handles.

the rev II handles are shorter so the kite doesn't get "outta control"

You think its outta control on 50'?! try it on 20 feet and really live
8-)

There is a big difference in the handles, the rev 2 handles are very
short, designed for the higher wind conditions the rev 2 was supposed to
be used for. The rev 1 handles are longer, better for flying in the
lighter winds that the larger kites flies in.

> I love it!

Me too, hardly ever fly anything else 8-)

You might wanna look into the long throw ultra light wind handles, much
longer than the other handles, and ones i use all the time, regardless of
the wind conditions 8-)

Indeedy 8-)

I do, but we have to break the new flyers in gently ;-)
