Do you know something about this kite ? A friend ask me questions about
this kite but I really don't have any ideas. He probably made a
confusion with the QuadTrak ?

As I remember there _was_ a kite called a Quadra Flex, but it was _not_
made by Skynasaur.. It was a framed 4-line kite that came out shortly
after the Rev I (originally called the Neos Omega) hit the market, and was
made by Ted Dougherty who at that time owned Kite Innovations.. The folks
at Revolution felt that the Quadra Flex was too much like the Neos Omega
and sic'd the lawyers on KI, and the kite disappeared from the market..
As a result, it's quite a collectors item.. It flew very nicely, and would
do some things like inverted slides a little easier than the Rev.. Ted is
the designer of the Quad-Trac and is currently hooked up with Skynasaur
who is building the QT..

If anyone has a Quadra Flex in a dusty corner of their kite bag and would
consider parting with it, give me a yell..

Skynasaur used to make what they called a STUNTFOIL. I phoned them last
summer and was told that the kite is no longer manufactured due to a lack
of demand.

As far as I know, Skynasaur have never made any type of 4-line kite. However,
Quadraflex was the name of an early 4-line Rev-type kite that was put out by
Kite Innovations (same people who made the Quadrafoil) about half a year after
the Rev first came out (somewhere around '90). Revolution claimed patent
infringement, and they stopped production. It looked like a cross between a
normal Rev and a bow-tie.
