I'm not sure where youre coming from in Wisconsin, so the simple way is to get to I-94 somehow, either via I-294 or some other state road. Follow I-94 through Chicago, past Gary, IN, and into Michigan. Follow 94 thorugh Michigan until you reach exits 74 through 80. These are the main Kalamazoo/Portage exits...KiteFest I believe is in Bronson Park, so take 131 at exit 74, and go north for about 3 miles. The very first exit you get to will be Stadium Drive east. Take that and follow that road through 8 stop lights, and they are spaced out quite a ways so don't think you're lost after a while. At the 9th stop light you'll see the Radisson hotel on the corner, take a right. Bronson Park is just 1-2 blocks on the right, you can't miss it...
