Last week-end the weather was ugly, blue sky, sunny, much too warm. What
should happen, happened: my flying field shrunk.

I went kite-skiing on the ice, like I did every week-end before. A few
hours and 110 km later, wen I came back, there was about 3 meters of
water bettween the ice and the shore. I finally found a place to reach
the shore but... I don't think I will ski anymore this season.

My flying field was 55 km long, now it's 55... meters long. Can you
imagine you on a beach, waiting for the low tide during... 6 months???

It's too bad because we had a perfect winter for kite-skiing this year.
The surface was very good all winter, just nice packed snow, or ice. The
wind was good. The temperature was not too cold, never below 30 C. It was
the paradise for kite-skiers.

I hope the summer won't be too long.
