Has anyone flown Peter Lynn's Paua 3.75?  I have a couple of questions:

1. What is the "reefing" system all about?
2. Do the quadlines offer more than just "breaking" capability?  I have a 
lot of experience with quadrifoils; any similarity in control?
3. Is the wind range really 2 to 25 mph, or is this optimistic at the low 
end and dangerous at the high end?
4. Any comparison to similarly sized QuadTracs/Comps?
