Subject: Anonymosity

Each person participating in Cyberspace brings to it his own "Bill of
Rights" to this table. Hate, Bigotry and harassment are anathema on the
Net: perhaps nothing else is as threatening to its spitit. The very nature
of electronic communication cloaks us in anonymity ans immunity(journalist
Gregg Morris dubs it "Anonymosity")
provoking an immediate sense of soverignty. It's a heady feeling Resist
it. Consider others. Be kind. This is a quote from tom Lichty book on the
internet

as far as it concerns me I apologize to Kite Critic as I might have be
kinder in my opinion of what he does.

Linda is right on time with this post...I never have quite figured out
why in secrecy or anymnity certain human beings feel empowered to be
mean spirited, keniving and back stabbing. I think I can comfortably
religate such actions to those of dispicable cowards.
Over-simplistic? I think not...and it really is a shame these people
cause such hurt and pain in a sport as beutiful as kiting.

Maybe we should all take a lesson or two in good old fashion respect
for our fellow kiters.
