Subject: AKA changes... a proposal

Hi all, 

Tom McAlister and I (and a whole bunch of other folks) 
have been working on 2 proposals for changes to the 
AKA conference system.  Each addresses a different
issue.  We are asking for endorsments (i.e. signatures)
for the proposals.  They will be presented to the AKA
conference committee at the AKA convention next month.

I will post each of these seperately.  The first one
will be AKA CONVENTION INVITATION PROCESS and will
immediately follow this posting.  The second one
will be posted in a few days (we have a bit more
research to do on it).

To give YOUR endorsment, please return email me
at darrin.skinner@Ebay.Sun.COM with the original
proposal attached.
