The full AKA rules arn't published on the net, you need to buy them on paper >From the AKA (not that it'll break the bank). I don't think that we've got the STACK rules either (Simo?) On the other hand, the bit that you are probably most interested in is the manoevers, which have been published by Simo on the web. I can't recall the full URL, but if you start at http://www.kfs.org/kites you'll soon find them. As for how to make a ballet routine, your best resource is "Kite Precision" by Ron Reich.
