Oops.  Sorry--copy and paste error.  I use mailandnews to catch up on the most
recent posts from mailops.com.  They're free, rather reliable, allow posting,
and can be accessed from any news client (as opposed to mailandnews, which is a
web-only interface, as far as I can tell).  The delay described above is theirs.
